I am a Washington state licensed mental health counselor (LMHC). I received a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Washington, a medical degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine and completed a family practice residency at Providence Hospital (now Swedish Hospital Cherry Hill Campus) in Seattle. I then went into private practice as a family medicine physician in the Kirkland area, caring for patients of all ages. My interest in the psychological aspects of medical illnesses and the mind/body connection led me to obtain a master’s degree (MA) in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University. In my private counseling practice I can integrate this depth of experience in an empathetic, supportive environment to help you accomplish your goals.
